How Will My Order Ship?
We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to be ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience. When your order ships, we will notify you via email or phone. We encourage you to track your order by phone calling us or sms, we can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.How Long It Takes To Deliver My Order?
Upon receiving your order, we will process your immediately in order to ship out to you at shortest time as possible. The order lead time would based on the State we deliver.The delivery period for Kuala Lumpur & Selangor would take 3-10 Working Days for delivery.
Meanwhile, out station delivery such as Seremban, Melacca, Johor, Perak, Pinang, Kedah & Perlis would take 7-12 Working Days for delivery. You may contact us if need urgently delivery.
Delivery Acknowledgement
Upon receiving your item, please inspect whether the packaging is in good condition. If yes, you will be require to sign off the Delivery Documents to acknowledge your good acceptance.
Before your order arrives in the area, we will call you to arrange a 2- to 4-hour window for delivery (for furniture and bulky items).
Shipping Rates
We are providing free shipping on the orders from Kuala Lumpur and Selangor area.
Outstation delivery applicable to other states in Peninsular Malaysia. Free shipping policy is applicable for the outstation orders with purchase above RM1800 in a single purchase/receipt. Standard shipping fee of RM100 will be imposed if the single purchase/receipt do not exceed RM2000.
