How can I know whether my payment is successful or fail?
Notification will be send via sms and e-mail within 24 hours upon completion of the transaction to confirm it’s approval. In the event if after 24hours there are no confirmation, kindly contact us to clarify on purchase status.
Please be aware of your Bank reconciliation schedule as this might have impact on you being able to perform the payment or not, having then to wait until the reconciliation is done. Kindly view your bank reconciliation on the below:

Which credit cards are accepted for payment?
We are accepted all Visa and MasterCards, both Credit & Debit, and is 3D Secure (Verified by Visa and MasterCard secure). All your credit card information are protected by industry, Leading Encryption Standard.
What is Paypal and is it safe to use?

Will I be charged for opening a Paypal account?
You will not be charged for opening Paypal account and transfer money from your bank account to your Paypal account. In addition, there is no fee charged for the purchase of goods using your Paypal account.
Why was my order charged wrong amount?
Your order might incur shipping fee and installation fee. If your order was indeed charged wrong amount, please contact us and we will assist you the right way.
Do you keep my credit/debit card details?
Your security we take it very seriously. Every card transaction occurs within a secure environment. We do not retain your credit/debit card information, it is directly submitted to our banks. All your transaction will go through IPAY88, so it is safe for you to make payment.
